Resources for RA's & HR's
We are happy to collaborate with RA's & HR's to develop passive and active programs for residents. Additionally, we are happy to consult with student staff members to address specific concerns in their communities.
Please email us 4-5 weeks prior to an event or due date to begin the collaboration process.
Resources for Student Groups
We are pleased to offer organizations and/or clubs on matters involving internal club conflicts or how to deal with member violations of the code of conduct or violations of club/organization bylaws/constitution.
We also offer training(s) and guidance on alcohol & drugs, hazing, and the code of conduct.
Resources for Students
In some instances, disputes between or among students may be resolved through the use of conflict resolution methods such as mediation, restorative practices, counseling, and/or informal discussion. We are happy to work with students to coordinate these efforts and empower students to be active in solutions.
Resources for Faculty & Staff
Restorative Practices are not just for students. Restorative practices can be applied holistically throughout the entire institution across multiple levels. We are happy to consult on Higher Educational policy and practices to make them more restorative. Additionally, we are happy to present on restorative practice during meetings or retreats.
